This is a 2001 MR2 Spyder in fair to good shape. I bought it with a rebuilt title from Florida over three years ago and have loved it. I had no problems getting the new title in Texas, but it will show as a salvage or rebuilt. I use it as a daily driver for a 135-150 mile per day commute and average about 33-35 MPG. The struts and housings have all been replaced in the 18 months with the addition of Eibach springs. Tires have about 1000 miles on them and are in great shape. The interior shows some wear but only a very small tear on the passenger arm rest. I am a non-smoker, so for the last three years it has been a non-smoking vehicle. The engine is in great working order, has remained stock with only the addition of an AEM cold air intake. For the bad. It was hit at some point in the passenger side and repaired, the panels weren't prepped the way they should have been so the paint is flaking at the top of the fender. There is a 1/2" tear in the driver side top. It hasn't presented a problem and has been repaired from the inside but is still visible on closer inspection. Now for the bold truth.... This has been one of the best cars I have ever owned, I drove it straight through from St.Petersburg Fl. to the Texas panhandle in a little over a day, to the Ozark mountains, the mountains of New Mexico and all over Texas and Oklahoma over the last three years. It has never let me down. The handling is spot on, the braking is incredible, and still over 30MPG doing it. I would keep her myself if not for a change of jobs. $500 deposit due within 24 hours.
