Vehicle Detail
1970 Duster with a 383 engine in it; the car also has an extra 1973 440 engine that has the larger rods in it and the 727 transmission that was originally with this engine. There is new lower ball joints, shocks and a 2 ½ inch aluminized exhaust with Hooker mufflers. This has the Edelbrock performer intake with the Edelbrock 750 CFM carb. This car is a project car there is 3 points of the car that have been damaged, the first spot is the hood right after it was painted the person who owned it before us put it together and when they started it there was a carb fire that blistered the paint so the hood needs to be repainted. The 2nd spot that needs to fixed is on the hood again, on the driver side back by the hinge was drilled out and they but an over size bolt in it to cover tighten it down. Then there is a spot on the drivers back quarter panel that is damaged, after the person that we bought it from got it up and running he was out playing with it and the wheel studs broke and the wheel rolled the quarter panel, see the pictures. We have only owned the car for 18 months we can not verify the milage that is shown. Other than that this is a fun and hard running car. We have had a lot of fun with it. Now the million dollar question, everyone keeps asking me why I am selling the car. It comes down to too many toys and I want another one. So the wife said that I have to get rid of one toy to get another one. We are requesting that a min of $1000.00 be paid with in 24 hours from the end of the auction through pay pal and the rest be paid at pick up.
