Publicity Information(click here) BIO: This Acura was modified very early in it's life(click the link below this paragraph to read more about it). The producers of The Fast And The Furious contacted the owner and asked to use this exact car for their movie. Universal Studios made an exact copy of the car to actually race in the movie. That copy was destroyed. I am not certain if this car was actually filmed or not. I do know that this car was used in promoting the film and is signed by the rap artist Ja Rule. It's been featured in many magazines. I am going to attempt to link the paperwork I have for this car that describes what's been done to it and what magazines, shows, publications, etc. it was featured in. You can see some of the pictures that show this car next to the copy. Some of the decals were removed and others were added since the movie was made. The carfax shows this car spent a lot of time in Southern California before, during and after the movie. A collector ended up with this car in Sturgis, MI in 2002. He recently had to sell every one of his cars and this is how we obtained it. I found a few imperfections and am going to list them here. This car had many modifications but is not very fast. It was again not used to race, just for show. My mechanic told me there are some applications under the hood that are not even hooked up. Please don't assume anything and call to ask any questions. I have been told that there was over $30,000 invested in the modifications alone. The interior seems to be near perfect. I do know that the stereo does in fact work but only with two speakers. The extra audio equipment may not be hooked up because it doesn't seem to function. This car has never been involved in an accident and has had no previous body work. It shines like the day it was new. I did notice a very small chip on the driver's door edge as well as one on the driver's door moulding. There is some stress cracking on the lower part of the front bumper maybe from bumping something very lightly. I also noticed a two inch gouge that has been touched up on the front left bumper. The carbon fiber lowers are also slightly cracked. You have to look closely to see these things but they are there. I also noticed in certain lights you can see a small ding in the decklid.
