Vehicle Detail

This is a very early "Dick Craft" Polyform '27 T. Pretty much as delivered about 20 years ago.Never assembled, just mocked-up for the photos and to make sure it is complete.Model A front & rear axles, stock with mechanical brakes, excellent condition. Motor and trans mounts set up for flathead/39 transmission spacing (Engine & trans not included). Steel hood & louvered steel hood sides. New '39 tail lights, rolled rear pan, windshield stanchions, radiator (new but the fins need some straightening). new hairpin radius rods (need finish welding & heims or ball joints of your choice).16" wires, tires hold air. Aluminum firewall (not shown & front metal grill, un plated but nicely done (not shown), Seats are wood "Bomber" mock-ups.Steering box/wheel & column are of unknown origin but work great, fast ratio, correct direction for side steer. Front floor section needs to be fabricated in aluminum (or wood & Glass) the original wouldn't fit the 39 trans. With a few "C" clamps it'll roll as shown. It needs the rear spring (original model T) mounted in front of the axle. Front spring needs perches to mount behind axle on batwings,re-curved front spring included. New rear shocks included( early Falcon, right load rating) no gas tank.Bill of sale only. Easy access for loading on trailer/haulerOn Jun-08-10 at 10:15:54 PDT, seller added the following information: There is NO rust, crappy welds, body damage, chassis damage, suspension damage, This has never been outdoors. There are headlight mounting plates on the radiator core support but the nose isn't drilled so the option of frame mounted headlight stands is still there with no additional bodywork needed. This can also be used with a jag IRS (I have one out of a '64 3.8S, inboard disc with limited slip) I also have the hairpin style radius rods for the Jag rear end (new) and a full set of usable 15 inch Jag wire wheels with knock off's and front splined hubs which can be re-drilled to fit ford bolt pattern. There is also a complete set of Smiths gages(working). All for an extra 650.00 .Thanks for looking. On Jun-09-10 at 11:33:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Offers are coming in, you won't insult me. They are near enough to consider so it's either highest bidder or highest offer. If you decide to offer, it will 1000.00 down, Balance in 5 days (max). Paypal down, cash balance. I just found a (39?) trans in the pile that I'll throw in to the highest offer, I don't know if it works but it's perfect for the mock-up stage. If you're really brave I can probably find the mechanical brake linkage parts too.... Mostly new, Vintage Ford parts in bags. Thanks, Jim
