This Expedition runs excellent and is very reliable. My family and I just returned from a 1624 mile trip to Ohio for my brother's wedding. We drove through WV Mountains and the truck never hesitated or waivered. We averaged 15.5 to 16.5 miles per gallon with this V-8 4.6 engine. I bought this from a friend of mine, who is the original owner and she drove it off the Ford Lot in Richmond, Virginia. It has the third row seat that has Not been used and is Absolute Great Condition, the second row is in very good condition. Actually the entire interior is in very good condition and doesn't need anything. EVERYTHING WORKS!!!!! from cold AC, to power seats, windows, rear wiper and cassette. It has the 2wd, AWD, 4wd high and 4wd low switch. ALL POSITIONS Function flawlessly. I love this truck..But, I bought it for my wife and she can barely back up a scooter...haha.. It is too big for her as she has always had cars and this is double the size vehicle she is used to. If I didn't already have a pick up truck I wouldn't be selling this. Inspected in Virginia until August 2010. Brand New Battery, Battery Cables and Air Filter put in before we drove to Ohio in April two months ago..New Oil Filter and oil change at 146,135 miles (I use Quaker State with Slick 50 in it)... NO Leaks or squeaks at all. I have the Service Guide with every oil change, etc and any work that has ever been done on it since brand new. This thing runs excellent. The only thing this truck needs,,and that is only if you want to---is an oxygen sensor on the exhaust. I had Richmond Ford scan the truck for me because the yellow check engine light came on. The code showed the Oxygen sensor on the exhaust..The mechanic told me it was fine to drive and wouldn't effect the truck or how it drives. We drove to Ohio with it like this and didn't have a hint of trouble. It is up to you if the light bothers you or not. There are two spots to tell you about on the body..The first is a small crack in the left rear tail light. Not major and no water gets in. I don't gave a clue how this happened. Probably parking lot, but don't know when or where it happened. The second spot is on the tail gate/trunk lid. I had it backed into the garage with the lid up and my garage door came down. The dang spring was loose and it slid down. It didn't break anything but scratched the black plastic next to the rear window on both sides.
