You are bidding on a Real 1968 Impala Super Sport Convertible that was a 396 Big Block 12 positraction Bolt, Air, Car I purchased this car from the 3rd owner. This car was in Alabama until 2006 when the owner moved to Pennsylvania. I tried to purchase this car a few years back because it was totally numbers matching (L35) 396 V8 Big Block. Last year the owner and took out the original BB 396 due to lower engine noise and put a crate 350 4bolt engine in it. (I know, why would you do that) If wanted, I will put the buyer of this car in contact with last owner that has the numbers 396 engine from this car sitting on the floor of the garage in Allentown Pa .
