FLAGSHIP MERCEDES of 1985. Big, comfortable, quiet, reliable, sure footed long distance traveling steed. Laugh at little crummy cars and KNOW that if you hit something YOU WILL WIN! This car has more rear seat legroom than some cars have in front. 4 Heated seats (rear reclines too!), Heated windshield and mirrors, Drivers side airbag, Climate Control, etc. The transmission even knows if you're going uphill and adds power so you don't slow down. A Four Fat Folks to Florida kind of car... PLUSES: 5 liter fuel injected SOHC V8 has new belts, filters, water pump, injectors, fuel pump, plugs, wires, heater valve, and starts immediately, good tires and brakes, very nice interior and presentable exterior. MINUSES: Seals leak so you have to check fluid levels regularly. Sunroof opens, but will not close. Dead radio. Some rust in rear fenders and surface rust on one door. PROBLEM: This car has a clogged catalytic converter and also needs a muffler. Though the engine starts, there is nowhere for the exhaust to go, hence it is not driveable as is. Car must be towed from its present location in Fishkill NY. I really hate to part with this beast, but I have too many cars, not enough time, and need the space. Serious offers only.
