1989 FORD F250 4X4 PICKUP TRUCK WITH MEYERS POWER ANGLE SNOW PLOW AND SEVERAL EXTRA PARTS I am listing this truck as project or parts truck. If you are looking for something you can put a couple of hours work into and it will be ready for the road this IS NOT THE TRUCK FOR YOU!!! I bought this truck in 2003 to plow my driveway. By 2005 I had only put 300 miles on it so I stopped licensing and inspecting it at that time. The last I even used it was the winter of 2008-09. As I gained the use of a company truck with a plow on it. It will take quite a bit to make it road worthy. Here is a list of what I know for sure it needs most of the exhaust, it has a broken brake line on one of the front wheels, battery, right side door and fender are rusted through, the bed has several crude patches. I had it running today (June 1st 2010) it ran great as long as the jumpers were hooked to it when I unhooked them it started to miss I assume it is a battery or alternator problem. The clutch worked it went in and out of gear and moved forward and backward fine. The plow worked great when I parked it the connections are now all corroded I am sure when they are cleaned up it will work the same, I just do not have the time to do it. Since I have owned it I put in a new clutch and pressure plate in and put on a new gas tank on. I also believe I replaced the front brakes but I can not guarantee that for sure. The two back tires have a good bit of tread on them the front two do not have much. When I purchased it had 127,000 miles on it it now has 127,350 miles on it a total of a whole 350 miles since November of 2003. Here are some of the specs. 1989 F250 Heavy Duty 4 wheel drive, 5 speed manual transmission, 5.0L(302CID) motor, replacement AM-FM cassette radio, sun visor, bed-liner and a Reese hitch. Meyers electric power angle snow plow. Included are these extra used parts in good condition right front fender, right side door, lower front end (piece below grill), drive shaft, alternator and radiator. Because of the trucks age and the length of time it has been sitting I am listing this in as-is condition. Please feel free to email me with any questions you might have. This is a local pick up only. Which means I will not take the responsibility for shipping or loading. I will be more than happy to help with the loading though, in any way I can. I will need a down payment of $100 with in 48 hours of the end of auction and the balance can be paid by cash, certified check or money order at time of pick up which must be with-in 10 days of end of auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to the end of the auction.
