Clean, clear title in hand. For sale is a 1998 VW Passat 1.8t - for parts or a project car. It was recently in a front end collision. I hit the side of a car that was passing left to right. I was not going very fast so the initial collision was not hard (no airbags deployed) but the movement of the car i hit bent the frame to the right. As I had no collision coverage on the car, there is no insurance to pay for repairs, nor was the car officially totalled. The car still runs and drives as seen in these videos: Video 1 and Video 2 . About a year ago, an oil line ruptured and destroyed the engine. A salvage engine with about 50k miles on it was installed along with a new turbo. It has run great since then (another 15k or so). The interior is grey cloth and is clean. Everything is in working order, though the sunroof is flaky - sometimes it works fine, sometimes it gets stuck and has to be cranked closed by hand. The wheels shown on the car will not come with it, instead the car will be on stock steel wheels. While the car does run and drive, it is not in a condition to be driven on the road and will need to be picked up with a tow truck.
