Year: 1993 Make: Mazda Model: RX-7 Mileage: 190000 and 45K on motor Color: carbon fiber/black Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing Location (State): CA Color: Black Transmission: Manual Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive Engine: LS1 LS Engine: Car has LS1 V8 engine Contact: Peter Phone: (213) 453-9201 Email: pt9934@att.com I Just attached some pictures of what the car looked like just right before the carbon fiber body work. As you can see the car was clean. Call, text or email. I am selling a 1993 Mazda RX7 LS1 motor swap Carbon fiber Wide Body Turbo! I need to pay some bills so my baby has to go. Let me know if you are interested. LOW RESERVE $21.5k. I was asking for $38k originally but due to bills I need to let this go cheap/asap. I need to pick up a piece of property so I am trying to come up with a big down. My loss your gain... I spent over $45k in mods alone. Car is a salvaged title but dont let that scare you. This car is in better shape than most cars that are 2 years old. Everything was re-done on this car. The only thing left to do to get this car perfect is change out the inner door panels. The carbon fiber is not faded, scratched, oxidized, yellowing or damaged in any way. Its always garaged and sees daylight only once every 2-4 months. even the tires still have the nubs on them. Here are the modifications... I know there was a lot more done but I forgot what they were. I am only listing the obvious stuff. Engine: LS1 Motor with T56 6 speed tranny (over $9,000 for motor, tranny, swap kit not including all the little stuff. just for motor tranny and swap kit) Hinson cooling system Hinson wiring harness Aluminum drive shaft Upgraded Injectors. forgot what size but they are big enough to boose 15+ lbs if needed Walbro 255 lbs Fuel pump ACT 6 puck race clutch TIAL wastegate TIAL blow off valve STS turbo kit ($6,000 installed) Battery relocated Changed out all the necessities (water pump, gaskets, hoses, etc) Suspension: HKS adjustable coilovers hyper D draggers 19 inch VOLK TE37 in bronze cost over 800 a wheel T1R tires Body: SEIBON carbon fiber hood SEIBON carbon fiber trunk Custom carbon fiber widebody Custom headlights Carbon fiber spoiler 6 point roll cage Sound / Interior: spent over $5k on system KENWOOD double din head unit DIAMOND audio woofer DIAMOND audio amplifier DIAMOND capacitor MB Quart components Custom build sound system. Bumps hard! Car is great condition. Currently the car has 57,000 miles on the engine. Driven no more than once every couple of months. Engine is in immaculate condition. Ratings: Engine - 10 out of 10 Body - 9 out of 10 Interior – 7.5 out of 10 (originally gutted but I threw everything back together to sell) Sound system - 9 out of 10 link to my thread on rx7club.com for better pics http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=900679 Link to pics on flicker http://www.flickr.com/photos/mojocoggo/tags/ls1 On May-26-10 at 22:29:26 PDT, seller added the following information: This car is in better shape than most rx7's out there with a clean title. So don't let title scare you. As you can see I do not play around or cut corners. I have alot of money in the car and I didnt penny pinch in building this machine. The only thing you would need to do to make this car perfect is buy new door panels. I originally had this car gutted because this was going to be my drift/track car. But after putting the car together i found it was to nice to wreck at the track. This car is truely a work of art. I get compliments everywhere i go. I even had highway patrol roll up next to me on the freeway and gave me a thumbs up. Anybody who picks up this car will definately come up. I have over 45k in this car only in mods. if you count the car itself you are getting a car worth over 55k in investments for half the price. $26k reserve On May-28-10 at 19:19:59 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to add this to the question about smog legal in california. Car is almost ready to go to referee office. I installed the stock steering wheel back on. the only thing that i can think of that you need to do is hook up the speedometer, and possibly take off the 4 point harness and install the seatbelts(which is included). I dont know what rules there are about having a roll cage installed and having it pass visual. but my cage is a bolt on. you can easily disassemble. I dont have any check engine lights on or anything. I think it should be ready to go
