FOR SALE! Offered is a Beautiful, rust free, fully functional 1987 420 SEL. This car is a must see and a must have for any Mercedes enthusiast. If someone out there wants a beautiful w126, this is the one for you. It has no rust, the seats are in great shape (there was some repair to the drivers seat by the previous owner) and the carpets and origional floor mats are clean. This is one of the most comfortable cars you will fine with 173,000 miles. You can cruise all day at 75MPH and get about 24MPG. The exterior is flawless except for a few small paint chips and light fade on the hood (no dents). All the rubber is perfect (doors & window seals). The interior is just about perfect except for shifter wood trim needs to be tightened. The dash has some small cracks. Mechanically the car is a 9 on a 10 scale. The only things that don't function 100% are the antenna( only goes up half way ), and the antilock light goes on and off. The car drives & shifts beautifully as it should.
