This is a 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 with a 390cuin V8 with a Holley 4bbl carb and a Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed automatic transmission. We purchased the vehicle 5-6 years ago in NC. The lady we purchased the vehicle from was still driving it. We recently moved to SC and the vehicle does have a clear SC title. The vehicle does start and run. We have never driven it far therefore I would definitely recommend bringing a trailer. We were planning on restoring this vehicle but have too many other projects. Engine starts and runs easy. Engine needs tune up work. Seems to have a carburetor issue. Seals may need replacing. Engine may have other problems but we have not touched it because vehicle has always started. Floor and trunk pans are rusting through in places. Floor and trunk pans need replacing or repairs. Body panels have areas of rust all over. Seat upholstery in good shape. Dash and door panels need work. Radio does not work. Heat and defrost work. All windows roll up and down. All lights and signal lights working. Drivers side fender damaged from wreck decades ago. Bondo seems to have been used in places by previous owner. Light scratches all over vehicle. Need to see to understand the amount of work this vehicle needs.
