THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!!!! You are bidding on a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer. This one is fully loaded with all wheel drive and a V8! The odometer reads just under 109,000 miles. Some of the options on this Mountaineer include: V8 All Wheel Drive 3rd Row Seating two-tone leather seats 6 disc cd changer power sunroof/moonroof power everything heated front seats and plenty more! Here's the history on this one: I purchased this car from my parents who were the original owners. They simply had no need for it anymore and gave me a good deal on it. Now, I have no need for it, so it is time for it to go at NO RESERVE! The odometer currently reads 108,826. The color is hard to describe. I believe Mercury called it Mineral Gray. The pictures are very accurate as to the color though. The car is garaged at my home in Fishers, Indiana. The car spent the vast majority of its life as my dads commuter car until he retired, driving back and forth daily from northern NJ into Manhattan. As a result of the city driving, it does have its share of cosmetic blemishes (all of which can be seen in the pics), however, mechanically the car is in fantastic condition. It has always had regularly scheduled maintance completed on time. It needs absolutely nothing mechanically! I drove it back to Indiana after I purchased it from them in NJ with no hint of any problems. They replaced the transmission within the last 5000 miles as well as put four new tires on the truck. This SUV runs great! Here is a summary of the cosmetic issues: Drivers side fog light needs to be replaced (cracked by rock) All 4 wheels have what I would say is significant road rash (see pictures) All 4 corners have scratches in the paint on the bumpers Various paint scuffs and scratches on the body Small area of rust on hood that needs to be buffed and touched up (see pic) Overall though, this car has no significant dents or dings, just lots of scuffs. Interior: Overall, the interior of this Mountaineer is in very good condition. The front leathers seats show some wear, but there are no tears or rips, just signs of age (see pictures). The rest of the seats are in great shape, having barely been sat on. The carpets looks very good. All glass is in great shape with no issues. The is a small area below the radio where the paint on the trim has rubbed off a little bit. The stereo sounds fantastic and is one of the best factory stereos I have heard. The pictures tell the story on this one (it was very sunny when I took the pictures, so you do see some shadows and glare). Nobody would guess that this truck has almost 109,000 miles on it judging by the condition of the interior! It also comes with both sets of keys and key fobs and all manuals that originally came with it. The a/c blows ice cold as well! THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!!!!!!!
