Up for auction today is my 1983 Suzuki GS 550 L motorcycle. I am the third owner of this bike and have owned it for 14 years. The bike is in VERY Good condition for it's age and only has a few minor cosmetic flaws(rear fender front turn signal see pics). The bike runs Great and gets great gas mileage. I just took it on a 200 mile trip with no issues and got 51.3 mpg. The bike had no problem keeping up with the 1800cc,1300cc and a 750cc bikes that were also on the ride. This is a perfect beginners or advanced riders bike for either a man or woman. The bike is light enough for the beginner and has enough power for the advanced (50+ hp). The bike has had the following items replaced: New Pirelli tires last season with about 1000 miles on them, New battery last fall, New brake pads(front/rear) and fork seals 3000 miles ago, New ignition and Regulator 3500 miles ago and the oil,oil filter and plugs were changed this weekend.
