1978 Chevy K-30 Mini Pumper with 12,615miles. Garage kept all its life. Just pulled out of service 2 months ago. The truck is spotless, no rust, runs great. has a 400 V8 Small Block with a turbo 400 trans. 456 gears. Factory Tach. Averages 10 MPG and cruses 55PMH with ease. Full time 4wheel drive. Heavy 11,000GVW. 1-Ton. Brand new tires. Brand new complete brake job while Fire Dept. owned it. It was bought at Jack McNerney Chevrolet In Tully, N.Y. in 1979. Factory Installed Saulsbury Mini Pumper with a 500 Gal. holding tank for water and a 200 foot, 3/4in. hose, real mounted inside the back of the truck. FIRE PUMP SPECIFICATIONS: The mid-ship pump shall be a HALE PUMP Model 40PC single stage centrifugal high volume booster pump, power-take-off operated. Capacity requirements; 400 G.P.M. at 150 P.S.I. from draft or 450 G.P.M. from tank or hydrant. Teak wood in all hose lays. I also have a ton of paperwork that goes with the truck, from the first sales papers & truck/mini pumper sales Booklets to most recent paperwork, the paperwork is all the orignal info, I even have the original key Chain from the dealership in 1979.
