Welcome to this weekend auction. This is listed as a MECHANIC'S SPECIAL -- non-running engine, just don't know why it won't turn over. Registered as 1986 Ford F350 (has 1990 front clip) Hydraulic snatch-type front-wheel lift (eagle claw design ---- self-loader, with remote controls in cab) 7.3 diesel engine, automatic trans. --- THE ENGINE WILL NOT TURN OVER FOR SOME REASON Lights all work (rotator, flashers, 4 work lights, amber LED's) Heavy-duty push bumper Good tires New steering box/tie rods In case this was not clear, I'm mentioning it again: Engine does not currently run --- (You may have to install another engine, but that is something I have no way of knowing, maybe you can fix it) Ugly- Minor rust on lower edges of body and some small chips in front of hood Missing one of the chrome simulators (rear wheel) This is a cool little truck, and if you can get her running again, you'll have a great work truck. On May-15-10 at 20:34:49 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE: The odometer is +/- 119K and not 191K -- sorry for the typo. This is NOT the original engine. Also, I had an expert look at the truck tonight and he says the problem is a broken bearing. It may or may not be just that, and of course until the bottom of the engine is taken apart there's just no way of knowing if there's more damage to the engine internally caused by the bearing failing.
