LOT of 2 1985 PONTIAC FIEROS: 2M4 2.5L 2M6 2.8L GT This sale is for two (2) 1985 Pontiac Fieros. Each car is described and the pictures are below, starting with the 2M4. Car #1 is a 1985 2M4 model with the 2.5L TBI 4 cylinder engine, 4 speed with 64,975+/- certified original miles, vehicle ID# 1G2PM37R4FP205396, in restorable condition. This car was purchased at an auction more than six (6) years ago. The car was sold by a towing company for nonpayment of towing impound fees by the original owner. This car ran well at the auction, the transmission tested and has not been started since. I have installed a new lock cylinder in the steering column and I do not have the door keys. The trunk lock and the radio are missing. The exterior panels, glass, lenses, bumper covers are in good shape, but the car needs a side molding, side plastic louvers, radio, tires, battery and repainting etc. The interior needs the usual restoration and the 2M6 was purchased as a parts car to restore this running 2M4. Since this car has sat for six years, it will probably need brake rotors and possibly other brake parts. Car #2 is a 1985 2M6 GT model with the 2.8L TBI V6 cylinder engine with 179,796+/- original miles, vehicle ID# 1G2PG3793PP233584, parts car or restorable condition. This V6 engine has a rod knock and as stated above, was purchased many years ago as a parts car for the 2M4. The block and heads are still good. This car has been damaged by a minor accident in the front two fenders, bumper cover, side louvers and windshield as seen in the pictures below. This car is loaded with the 4 speed and full power options and sun/moon roof. The radio and battery are missing and it needs the normal interior parts found on Fieros of this age. There is no trunk lock, but car does have the ignition, door locks and original keys. This car could also be restored if so desired. Since this car has sat for years, it will probably need brake rotors, tires and possibly other brake parts as well and as mentioned above. It is to be understood by the purchaser that neither of these cars are being sold in driving condition, though the 2m4 is in rather good low mileage condition and are being sold in as-is, restorable condition. No warranty is offered on either car. Both cars have clear titles. Cars must be picked up here in West Virginia, 24920, or I can deliver both cars within a two hundred (200+/-) or so mile radius for a fee of $3.00 per mile, prepaid, in addition to the final auction price of both vehicles. Balance of final payment of auction to be paid in cash upon pick-up or delivery, as the case may be. I will take offers for a single vehicle if only one (1) car is desired. I will not take offers after the reserve is met. I will answer any questions after 9 pm. Eastern Standard Time each day of the auction.
