Vehicle Detail

1972 Chevrolet Townsman Station Wagon Our 1972 Chevrolet Townsman Station Wagon, aka "The Booger Mobile"!!! We've had a blast with this car- needless to say, it turns heads EVERYWHERE! Every time I've driven this car, someone gives me the thumbs up or compliments it. It may be an ugly color, but the paint job is superbly done. It has a deep gloss, no cloudiness at all, and it's beautiful in person! We got this car from a father and son duo, both engineers, and it is one of the best cars I've come across. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere, and I've had a blast cruising it around locally. The green paint shines, and the exhaust note is amazing! The body is straight, and the paint is great except for a couple small nicks I photographed. All the chrome is in good shape with a great shine. The trim is straight, and the details were definitely attended to. The wheels are a clean chrome with some green painted to match the rest of the car. Tires are BFGoodrich Radials in great condition. Inside is a very well done, tasteful black interior that has been kept clean. Everything works in this car! You'll notice an excellent stereo system as well- an Alpine CD Player head unit wired to Alpine speakers. Under the hood is a well tuned 350 with a great sounding Flowmaster exhaust routed out the back. This car rumbles! It also has a smooth automatic transmission, air conditioning, an aftermarket alarm, and power steering. It also has the clamshell rear door (everything works smoothly), and does not feature the third row seat. *the clamshell works properly! Take a good look at this car- it's been a great ride, and we've enjoyed it! It's got a sound that any gearhead would love, and a look that will earn all kinds of compliments!
