It doesn't have to. It is about raw performance. Then it takes that performance and adds goodies like unique styling cues, a leather interior, a Shaker 500 audio system, a GPS navigation system and more. King of the road, indeed. Building on the high performance foundation of GT500, engineers from Ford SVT and Shelby Automobiles sought to build an even more powerful car: the Shelby GT500KR. This 2009 model pays homage to the original 1968 Shelby Mustang of the same name. Under the hood, the GT500KR uses the same supercharged 5.4 V8 as the standard GT500, but the KR's engine has been tuned to make 540 hp and 510 lb·ft of torque, gains of 40 hp and 30 lb·ft of torque, respectively - and its a noticeable difference. This GT500KR has just 63 original miles on it, and it is in like new condition. It is a Limited Edition of just over 700 made in 2009. This Mustang was first titled in January of 2009. It is still covered by the remaining factory warranty until 01/2012 or 36,000 miles. The powertrain is covered until 01/2014 or 60,000 miles. Exterior features include unique 18" forged aluminum wheels, HID headlamps, fog lamps, a KR-exclusive carbon composite hood, a Shelby spoiler, special badging and more. The exterior is in outstanding condition. There are no scratches, dents or dings. The Autocheck report is clean - no accident or flood history. The interior is also in excellent condition. There are no holes, rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in like-new shape. The driver's seat has power controls. The front seats have the Cobra logo embossed in them, and the signature Carroll Shelby headrests are another KR exclusive. The rear seat is also in great shape. TThis ultra-performance Shelby also has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry; cold air conditioning; Shaker 500 AM/FM/Sirius/CD changer stereo with AUX input; trip computer; auto rearview mirror with compass; tilt wheel; cruise control, and more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, traction control and ABS.. This limited edition Shelby has signature numbered nameplates on the dash and in the engine compartment. This KR also has a GPS navigation system. The large, colorful screen also displays audio system information. The "My Color" option lets you choose from several pre-programmed instrumentation colors - or lets you set your own - and the ambient lighting option also lets you change the color of the cup holder rims and rear LED light (see center console in the picture of rear seat). The original window sticker and books are with the car. So are the license plate brackets and a brake cooling kit (still in a sealed box). (Don't be alarmed by the sticker shown above. The car is sent to Shelby as an incomplete Mustang, and its therefore not legal for sale at the time. Once it leaves the Shelby factory, it is 100% street legal) 5.4 liter, 32 valve supercharged V8, Cold air induction system. Performance calibrated. 3.73 limited slip axle, SVT-tuned suspension; H-pipe exhaust with chrome tips, Brembo brakes with 14" discs, Tremec 6 speed transmission. 540 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque, and it sounds REEEEAAALLL good. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
