2009 Chevy Malibu LS. This is priced well under the KKB value of the car at $15K. This car is dealer owned out of Oregon but is located in Phoenix AZ. Title is free and clear and is in the possession of the dealership in OR. The vehicle was purchased at on of the local Phoenix used car auctions with intention to send to the dealership in Oregon with 9 other cars. The carrier could only take 8 vehicles so this particular vehicle never made the truck up North and is now for sale here in Phoenix. This was a fleet car for Enterprise Rental in Tempe AZ, the vehicle history report references this. The Good: Vehicle is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Car is super clean with minimal wear and tear. Need absolutely nothing at this time. GM 5 year 100K mile warranty is fully transferrable to the new owner. The interior was dirty so I had the interior steam cleaned after the pictures were taken and it is just like new. Runs and drives great. no squeeks or rattles. Paint is in excellent condition with a few minor stone chips wich is typical in AZ. No door dings or scratches. No wear on seats or carpeting. No funny smells on the interior and nothing is broken on the car. no oil leaks and does not burn any oil. no radiator leaks. This is a very solid car. It has not been in any accidents and all the lines fit correctly. It does not look like it has had any bodywork done to it. The car had a 100 point inspection done at the auction and found no issues with the frame or anything else. I can provide the inspection report upon request. There is no state sales tax in OR so the dealership does not/will not collect any taxes on the sale price of the vehicle. The Bad: Tires have approx 10-12K miles left on them before I would reccomend that they are to be replaced. They have worn evenly on all four tires so i dont believe there is any alignment issues. That is about the worst I can say about the car. The dealership is just looking to unload it here locally and get out of it what they paid at the auction. This is an absolute steal. compare it to any other Malibu on craigslist or Ebay.
