Believe it or not it is a four wheel drive model 1977 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet ! This was a factory Blazer Chalet Camper unit sold by Chevrolet for only two years in 1976 and 1977 and near as I can tell by researching on the internet approx. 1800 total Blazer Chalet's were produced making these RARE and hard to find indeed. A good website to research the Blazer Chalet is (blazerchalet.com). This one still has its Original owners manual and original Blazer Chalet showroom brochure shown in two pictures below !! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! Yes it is a real head turner ! It is tough to find a 77' Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet in the first place and even harder in this kind of shape! This 4X4 has a nice and clean appearance. The ODO shows 25,522 miles but original miles are unknown. Just look at this thing though !! The vehicle has what appears to be the STRONG, optional, original code "R" 400 CID V8 motor in it and running very well, it doesn't skip a beat and sounds GREAT with a nice dual exhaust system. There has been several exterior upgrades on the motor including an Edelbrock Performer series four barrell carburetor, Edelbrock Performer series RPM intake manifold, Edelbrock chrome air cleaner and Mr. Gasket chrome valve covers. The engine is backed by a smooth three speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission with a mild shift kit which was just professionally rebuilt and functions very well. We just had a brand new windshield professionally installed as the original had several stars in it. The orange and brown interior is in nice condition with nice chocolate carpeting throughout, good dash, gauge cluster and dash pad (several cracks), good door panels, nice headliner and sun visors and very nice front bucket seats with a very nice center console and a nice original steering wheel. According to the original showroom brochure their were four levels or packages available in the camper or Chalet portion of this vehicle ( Base package, Package A, Package B and Package C being the top of the Chalet line). This one is the top of the line most desirable "Package C" model (note the two overhead fold out bunks). Package "C" includes: fold out upper canvas bunks, pop up top which provides six feet of headroom, overhead storage - sleeping area, convertable seat / bunks which provide seating for four adults and sleeping accommodations for two, a demountable dinette table, the galley is equipped with a stainless steel sink and drain but the original faucet has been removed, two burner LPG stove with a stainless steel top and painted vent hood, two roomy storage compartments one equipped with a hanging wardrobe, 3 way refrigerator which can be run with LPG - battery or AC-DC hook up and a 5000 BTU LPG heater. I have not tried the heater, refrigerator, stove or sink to check their condition. The previous owner told me everything worked, except the missing water faucet, last time he used them but that was several years ago. This vehicle is nicely equipped including, a factory gauge package, power steering, power brakes with disc's on the front, cruise control, dual batteries, air conditioning which no longer works as A/C compresser has been removed, tilt steering wheel, factory Cheyenne package, manual locking 4x4 hubs, awesome Kenwood digital Am Fm stereo CD player with matching Kenwood speakers, factory seat belts, good heater and defroster and dual chrome exterior mirrors. This K5 Blazer Chalet came from the factory equipped with the Cheyenne package and has the nice Cheyenne body side moldings and the wood grain moldings and trim on the interior. This Rig is ready to go !! The vehicle has clean looks and AWESOME power as well ! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension, front and rear seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. This vehicle is in good condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a great example of a sought after and hard to find Chevrolet Truck / Camper. If you have been looking but can not find a great Blazer Chalet worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one ! The Orange and Tan exterior finish on this Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet 4x4 is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL with little to no wear showing as you can see in the pictures above and below. The custom wheels are in good shape and look OUTSTANDING on this truck ! It also has nearly new white lettered all terrain radial tires. The front and rear chrome bumpers and original grill are all in NICE shape. This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well including the four wheel drive with manual locking hubs. I looked underneath and also included photos below. Check out this Sharp Blazer Chalet with the factory Cheyenne package !!! Believe it or not it is a four wheel drive model 1977 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet ! This was a factory Blazer Chalet Camper unit sold by Chevrolet for only two years in 1976 and 1977 and near as I can tell by researching on the internet approx. 1800 total Blazer Chalet's were produced making these RARE and hard to find indeed. A good website to research the Blazer Chalet is (blazerchalet.com). This one still has its Original owners manual and original Blazer Chalet showroom brochure shown in two pictures below !! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! Yes it is a real head turner ! It is tough to find a 77' Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet in the first place and even harder in this kind of shape! This 4X4 has a nice and clean appearance. The ODO shows 25,522 miles but original miles are unknown. Just look at this thing though !!

The vehicle has what appears to be the STRONG, optional, original code "R" 400 CID V8 motor in it and running very well, it doesn't skip a beat and sounds GREAT with a nice dual exhaust system. There has been several exterior upgrades on the motor including an Edelbrock Performer series four barrell carburetor, Edelbrock Performer series RPM intake manifold, Edelbrock chrome air cleaner and Mr. Gasket chrome valve covers. The engine is backed by a smooth three speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission with a mild shift kit which was just professionally rebuilt and functions very well. We just had a brand new windshield professionally installed as the original had several stars in it. The orange and brown interior is in nice condition with nice chocolate carpeting throughout, good dash, gauge cluster and dash pad (several cracks), good door panels, nice headliner and sun visors and very nice front bucket seats with a very nice center console and a nice original steering wheel. According to the original showroom brochure their were four levels or packages available in the camper or Chalet portion of this vehicle ( Base package, Package A, Package B and Package C being the top of the Chalet line). This one is the top of the line most desirable "Package C" model (note the two overhead fold out bunks). Package "C" includes: fold out upper canvas bunks, pop up top which provides six feet of headroom, overhead storage - sleeping area, convertable seat / bunks which provide seating for four adults and sleeping accommodations for two, a demountable dinette table, the galley is equipped with a stainless steel sink and drain but the original faucet has been removed, two burner LPG stove with a stainless steel top and painted vent hood, two roomy storage compartments one equipped with a hanging wardrobe, 3 way refrigerator which can be run with LPG - battery or AC-DC hook up and a 5000 BTU LPG heater. I have not tried the heater, refrigerator, stove or sink to check their condition. The previous owner told me everything worked, except the missing water faucet, last time he used them but that was several years ago.

This vehicle is nicely equipped including, a factory gauge package, power steering, power brakes with disc's on the front, cruise control, dual batteries, air conditioning which no longer works as A/C compresser has been removed, tilt steering wheel, factory Cheyenne package, manual locking 4x4 hubs, awesome Kenwood digital Am Fm stereo CD player with matching Kenwood speakers, factory seat belts, good heater and defroster and dual chrome exterior mirrors. This K5 Blazer Chalet came from the factory equipped with the Cheyenne package and has the nice Cheyenne body side moldings and the wood grain moldings and trim on the interior. This Rig is ready to go !! The vehicle has clean looks and AWESOME power as well ! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension, front and rear seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. This vehicle is in good condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a great example of a sought after and hard to find Chevrolet Truck / Camper. If you have been looking but can not find a great Blazer Chalet worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one ! The Orange and Tan exterior finish on this Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet 4x4 is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL with little to no wear showing as you can see in the pictures above and below. The custom wheels are in good shape and look OUTSTANDING on this truck ! It also has nearly new white lettered all terrain radial tires. The front and rear chrome bumpers and original grill are all in NICE shape.
