To my knowledge I am the third owner. The engine starts well and runs strong but the body needs some cosmetic work. Last Sunday on my way to look at my new car I hit a taxi in the rain at a very slow speed, which damaged the fender. A new fender is $518 on www.international-auto.com where you can find almost every part of this car for a reasonable price. I invested more then $16K to repair and upgrade the car and have receipts for everything. These are the main repairs I did besides the regular oil and filter changes: - New water pump and fuel hose 04.2010 - New gas pump 11.2009 - 3 new break calibers 10.2009 - New battery and starter 01.2009 - Wheel alignment, all new break disks and pads 04.2008 - 4 new tires 04.2008 - New ignition pick up 08.2007 - New used engine with 56,000 miles to replace stalled original engine 04.2007 - New temperature sensors 04.2007 - New exhaust muffler 11.2006 - New distributor cap and rotor 11.2006 - New upper control arms and lower A frames 09.2006 - Replaced old radiator with good used one 07.2006 - Rebuilt alternator 04.2006 - New battery 02.2006 - Rebuilt transmission and new clutch 11.2005 - New fuel tank 03.2005 - New convertible top Stayfast 09.2004 - 4 new Koni shocks front and back 09.2004 - Replaced timing belt 07.2004 These are all the flaws I can think of: - Fender passenger side $518 - Pair of headlights $92 - Driver side front turn signal $39 - Steering wheel crank is loose and needs a bracket to hold it in place - Break master cylinder leaks $36 - Fix rear window with tape or buy new $309 (vinyl original) - Roof frame welding on one spot - Passenger door does not lock (opens and closes well) - The speedometer bounces a bit below 20mph - Gas meter never worked - Driver seat has cracks - Dashboard and middle console has cracks - Dents and some minor rust on the body Please don't hesitate to ask me questions: 646 339 0305 Good luck...© Payment Methods - Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. Warranty - Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". Notice to Bidders - I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
