1985 Honda Nighthawk S sc700 Adult owned and maintained previously. Original CA blue plate means in private hands since new. I am the third owner 40+ years of age and ride seldom. When I do; it’s just for fun. My longest ride has been about 100 miles. Not much of an avid rider anymore. Pervious owner sold to me after his local dealer cut-off working on older bikes and would not service it anymore, so he bought a new one and gave this one up. Prior to that I don’t have much of the history except it has averaged low mile use and was mainly a weekend type joy ride since new. Never a commuter or street parked. I have invoices showing the mileage and work performed up to 2004. Bike sat mostly unused in his garage until I acquired it back in 2007. Sadly it sat in a corner by the window where the sun faded out the throttle side fairing decal. They cost new about $45 from the dealer, but really is not all the bad in my opinion. Everything is in turn-key condition ready to ride. Outside of some age related patina, the seat having a few minor cracks and worst of all the bikini fairing has a small crack (as shown in image), she is good to go and has fool-proof mechanical systems; like shaft drive, hydraulic valves, and electronic ignition, etc… that require VERY little attention if any.
