Up for auction is my 1976 International Scout Terra This has been listed before and my reserve was not met Now the truck is inspected and on the road. I have been driving it every weekend this April. It runs great, the more I drive it the better it runs. You can drive it on a freeway, and it just wants to go. Today is Saturday Apr. 24, I just took it for a 100 mile ride, she runs cool with no problems. Some history on the scout, I am the second owner. I purchaced it from the original owners who didn't drive t for 22 years. Like many people my goal was not to completely restore the truck, but to get it in good mechanical condition, wich it is in now. I will list all options on the truck and all repairs that have been done. OPTIONS Model Terra with fiberglass removeable top International 345 V8 with Holley 2 barrel carburation Danna axels with locking hubs One range transfer case wich is operated by a lever on the dash, wich means there is no High or low range. 3 speed auto transmission I purchaced roll bars from a 74' Brand new Bikini top Repairs Complete tune up Brand new E brake New brake lines, brake booster, master cylinder, and new brakes New valve cover gaskets New fuel pump Two new wiper arms New high beam low beam floor switch Flaws that need attention As you can see from the photos there is some rust. Both entrances to the truck have rust, also some rot were the cap mounts to the box, and there is bubbling on the front fenders. Driver side floor pan should be patched. On Apr-27-10 at 15:10:44 PDT, seller added the following information: I didn't list under options that these tires are brand new BF GOODRICH T/A'S They cost $150.00 each and are mounted and balanced on a set of wagon wheels. I have the original Rallye wheels that came off the truck. These wheels have some rust, but I felt the wagon wheels gave it a better retro look. I just had the old tires removed form the Rallye wheels.
