I have been a seller for several years and have 100% positive feedback (prior items sold include gold coins, luxury watches, musical instruments etc.). I have owned this head-turner for approx 4 years and am having to part with it to raise funds for a remodel job in my kitchen. For Sale: 1973 Toyota FJ40 This FJ40 turns more heads than a Porsche 911 and sounds good with the headers I had put in. Exterior: Red with White Top. The photo of the back of the body shows rust. Engine: 6 cylinder. Looks original and is good. Interior: Two back seats are really nice. Heater works. The drivers seat has a cover over it and is in only fair condition. Has a couple old mats that are cool. Mileage 85,000 approx (speedometer/odometer stopped working awhile back, I estime I put on maybe 300 miles since it stopped working) Parts replaced: 6 to 1 header, 4 shock absorbers, starter motor, battery and carberautor ($300 for carb. alone - could use a little tuning up to start easier). Engine needs a valve cover to remedy an oil leak. Radio works, casette player does not. Please ask any questions. I hold the right to cancel if someone locally buys it (I have a "For Sale" sign in it and have already had many inquiries). Payment/Delivery: No PayPal. Bank Wire Transfer ("wire") is ideal and quickest. As soon as I receive the wire you can arrange delivery. I have bought and sold several items with wires and they are really easy. Most banks charge about $25 for a wire (payable from you). If you really need to save the $ I will accept a cashier's check from a large banking institution like BOA, Citi, Chase and so on.
