I am selling my 1983 Mercedes 380SEL. I have had this car for over 11 years. It has been my secondary car for the last 3 years. I am selling the car because it needs some work and I do not drive the car very often anymore. The car has an intermittent idle speed problem. The car will start fine and run sometimes. Other times it will start and immediately stall. I am able to drive the car weekly, but if I try to drive it 3-4 days in a row it will start to stall. There is a hole in the catalytic converter. This makes the car very loud. It could probably be welded tight to fix the problem. The A/C does not work. I had it tested a few years ago and there is a leak in the freon line behind the dash board. The A/C will work if the leak is fixed. The engine and transmission have not had any problems since I have had the car. The car has a new battery, new fuel pump. The interior is in good condition. Features include: Power windows, power locks, power seats, sun roof, power antenna, alarm system, gray leather interior, cruise control, 14" alloy rims. The pictures have different wheels on the front and the back. I have changed them all to the stock alloy rims. I am relisting this because the reserve was not met. I have the reserve price listed at $500.
