Up for auction is our fantastic Children's Porsche 356 Speedster scale replica. This car has been used as an exhibit at a number of historic motoring events including Goodwood Revival and is in wonderful condition. The car is 18 months old and has never been used, no dents or scratches etc. The Speedster is built to a scale of 1:2.3 and is handmade in Germany, manufactured under approval of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. The body and parts are produced at a scale of 1:2.3 to the original Porsche 356 Speedster, with the exception of functional parts such as the steering wheel, seat, wheels, etc. Chassis: Aluminium and steel Body: Hand-laminated fibreglass Length 1760 mm (69.25 in.) Width 760 mm (30 in.) Height 590 mm (23.25 in.) Gears: 2 forward & 1 reverse Batteries: 2 x 12 volt, leakproof, rechargeable Lighting : 12 volt headlights & taillights Brakes: through the motor while driving & disc hand brake Speed: 2.5 to 5 m.p.h. The car is fitted with a twin electric motor, lights and sound kit, there is a problem with the charging system that requires attention. SHIPPING We have delivered several children’s cars to the US.
