We are offering our 2000 Toyota Sienna to anyone who either needs parts or to the experienced mechanic who can fix it. We have been the only owners of the vehicle since we purchased it new in Oct 1999. The vehicle has over 206,000 miles and started giving us problems when accelerating. I brought it to my local mechanic (not a Toyota dealership) and he ran codes which populated P0300 (random misfire), P0110 (IAT circuit malfunction), P0100 (MAF circuit malfunction), P0304 (#4 misfire), P0301 (#1 misfire). He said that it may be more to fix than the car is worth (he estimated $700 for a tune-up because the manifold needs to come off and another $300 for a MAF sensor) plus tax, etc and that still may not solve the problem. So I purchased another vehicle for my wife and took my insurance off of this one. The car was well maintained but I guess it was just it's time. Other known issues - Radio/CD doesn't work, and the read hatch handle is broken. I had recently purchased new hubcaps (not OEM) to replace our other ones that we scratched up. There are only normal wear and tear marks on the body. No damage at all. The vehicle never flooded and we owned it the entire time.
