Wholesale Priced! 1993 Mercury Capri Xr2 Turbo Convertible 88,000 original miles runs and drives great 5- Speed Manual Transmission This is a great example of the Mercury Capri Xr2 This version is the turbo convertible with a hard and soft top included ! Body: The body of this Mercury Capri Xr2 is in good shape for the year, the clear coat has a nice shine and there is no rust, there are some minor door dings and small scratches in the body. The tires are nice up front with about half life, however the rear tires do need replacing some time soon, The automatic headlamps work when they want to, but can be manually twisted up with no problems, Over all I would rate the body an B+.(above average) Interior : The interior of this Mercury is very nice with no overly warn fabric or stains There are some signs that the car is a 1993 but other than that the interior is near perfect, the Sony CD player is included also. Everything inside the car is the way it came from the factory besides the CD player over all I would rate the interior at an A-. (Excellent) Engine and Transmission: The engine/transmission of this Mercury Capri is in great running order. The clutch is in good shape with no slipping or bad noises. The engine is the DOHC 1.6l Turbo with the 5-speed Manual transmission. The engine runs smooth and the transmission shifts smooth. Overall I would rate the Engine and Transmission at an A. (excellent) Sold as is where is - This Capri is sold where is as is, That being said I would be happy to have you come and test drive this car or call me for a walk around or have a mechanic look at it on your behalf (at your expense) before you bid just call me and I would be happy to help you.
