This very well maintained Civic saw ZERO water during the flood as we live north of Houston in Magnolia, Texas. This car does NOT have a re-structured title. We have personally owned this car since September of 2007. This car has been fantastically dependable. I am an aircraft technician for a major airline and have personally maintained this car since 2007 like an aircraft tech would. It has a AUG 2019 Texas State inspection/registration sticker. We had the transmission completely re-built in 2010 at 121,200 Miles. We have never had an engine problem. Engine compression check on all 4 cylinders was 180 PSI 2000 miles ago. We have always run Mobile One synthetic oil in the car. The car has 196,773 Miles on it. This car has anti-lock brakes and drivers and passenger side air bags. Pirelli P4 Tires on Original Factory Honda Alloy Rims. Custom Sound System: Alpine CDA-9885 Receiver Polk Audio DB6501 & DB651S 6 1/2” Speakers Rockford Fosgate Punch P325.2 80W X 2 Amp Rockford Fosgate Punch PL1-210 Dual 10” Subwoofer I installed this system myself and even used sound deadening mats on the doors. The Alpine Head is marred on the front with a stuck button. Has Remote. The system works and still sounds good with plenty of sub bass. Items replaced within the last 3000 miles: Oil & Filter, Spark plugs, Belts with Gates brand belts, Battery, The cooling fan, thermostat and coolant temp sensor, valve cover gasket & spark plug seals, Transmission fluid (3 QTS of it), Cylinder Compression Check, All windows re-tinted (no tint bubbles), August 2019 Inspection. All detailed maintenance records included with sale. Timing Belt: 2009 - June - 106,000 - Replaced Timing Belt, Tensioner, Both Cam & Crank Seals, Water Pump, Idler Bearing, Both Serpentine Belts, Upper & Lower Radiator Hoses, Coolant, Water Pump, Spark Plugs, Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter - All Genuine Honda Parts & Fluids Faults: The rear power windows will not work with the drivers side main control. I replaced the 4 window switch module on the drivers door - no help. Paint is sun worn on the trunk and rear spoiler. There are scratches wear and tear on the front and rear bumpers. The windshield has 2 cracks that are low and run to the bottom edge and do not impair visibility. Rear struts need replaced soon. Alpine head works but has a stuck button on the front & Taylor Swift CD stuck in it. We are the second owners of this car and selling because my daughter graduated college, started a new job and purchased a new car.
