2002 Lincoln Town Car Limousine Bought this because it served our large family so much better than a minivan. Only reason we're moving on is that we're buying a small bus instead (kids get bigger and they need more stuff) We've done a lot to this car; the only issues that remain are cosmetic. You can take this car and drive it anywhere the way it is. Super low miles at less than 70K. It is our go-to weekend car so mileage may fluctuate a little. Work done to the car in the past year includes:Oil ChangeSpark PlugsIgnition Coils (It didn't need it but since we bought it used ourselves we thought it good to change)Full Coolant FlushBrake pads FrontRear DrumsReplaced/Rebuilt Drum Hardware4 Brand New Tires Changed Rear Suspension Air Bags and CompressorNew WindshieldUpgraded headlights to Auxbeam LEDReplaced Cruise Control On/Off SwitchReplaced Fuel Pump (Pump wiring was replaced in a way that you will no longer have to drop the tank for future work)Interior of the vehicle is in excellent shape, with everything working as it should. Keyless entry pad works as well. Car sounds great, with no visible leaks, smoke, or funny noises. Things that need to be addressed (but do not affect the function of the vehicle itself)Front driver and passenger power windows work as they should, but middle and rear windows need regulator replaced. I may have one to throw in if requested. I honestly didn't replace because I feel like the middle window when lowered completely offers too large an opening for me to feel comfortable with my kids. The middle left window has been completely disabled and supported from within by mechanic as a temporary fix such that you don't have to worry about it accidentally opened. With the AC and Heat working really well in all three rows, we just didn't see a need to address. Air suspension light is on, as I don't have the scanner capable of erasing the code post replacing the above parts. It never bothered me as I had replaced the parts and they've functioned with no issue throughout my ownership. There is a strobe system in the limo, but it appears the strobe bulbs were removed. If you buy light bulbs that work with the included module it should function again. The passenger rear side is showing some wear to the clear coat. Also, as you can see from the pictures, there is some cosmetic work that needs to be done to the top. As is common with these vehicles, water can get in underneath the vinyl and rust spots will appear causing some bubbling or separation. This does not affect the use of the car at all and is purely cosmetic. Mechanic sealed some areas in the top to prevent water entry as our plan was to replace the top originally. We were quoted $3,000 to address the exterior cosmetic issues including removing the vinyl top and replacing with a standard top, repainting the whole car, addressing the window regulators, and the airbag light. If you're handy and know how to do body work, the cost of these repairs would be much less. We really just need something bigger for our growing family. We will miss our rides in the limo, and hope it serves you well. Any interested party should plan to come see the limo BEFORE auction end.
