Up for grabs is THE iconic 99 cbr900rr in the most sought after red wing color scheme. All original plastics and original paint. Never ever down. This is the last year of the fat tank carbureted cbr's before the 929 came out in 2000. I'm working on another bike so this one needs to go. Way ahead of its time, this bike was hands down the most reliable best performing super bike of the 90's. I know people who have put over 100,000 miles on the original motor of these bikes. I guarantee you will not find a cleaner more perfect condition bike than this. Took me forever to find this one. When I bought her, she was bone stock with just a d&d slip on and only 7800 miles from the original owner. Shes been in the garage her whole life. Just before the previous owner sold the bike to me, he spent over $1000 on cleaning out the gas tank and carburetors, re-syncing the carburetors, new battery, new tires, fresh oil change, and brake fluid flushed at the ride factory in Tampa. I have the service records for all of this. After I bought it, first thing I installed it was a $500 Scott's steering stabilizer, stage III jet kit, K/n air filter, and a full perfect condition akrapovic titanium exhaust system I found from a low mile 99 cbr 900. I am a mechanic and used to work on these bikes all the time. The fit and finish and build quality of these bikes are second to none. I enjoy working on these bikes. She runs amazing and is tuned perfectly. Other extras I installed were Beamtech h4 LED headlights with high and low beam low beams are perfectly adjusted and don’t blind others. High beams light up everything, BMW S1000rr blinkers front and rear, brand new EBC HH sintered front brake pads, Ngk spark plugs, pro grip clear tank protector, marine grade dual USB phone charger mounted in the huge trunk. I also changed the oil at 8000 miles with Motul semi synthetic oil with a factory Honda filter. I've got two original keys, one copied key and a clean fl title in hand. Serious buyers please.
