Bike has been sitting outside and is perfect for someone to get a cheap start to a build!Engine is not seized and has some compression.Plastics and seat need to be replaced.Back tire is brand new. Has a lot of good parts, not currently running but should not take much to get it running.Could get it looking great with not too much money put into it.Clean VIN. Was never issued a title for the bike, but it is clear.
