1988 Pontiac Fiero GT Hard Top 8,870 Miles Pristine Condition After a lot of deliberation, I’m selling my 1988 Fiero GT. I bought this car in April of 2016 out of Nebraska but just haven’t had the chance to use it as I thought I would. Other hobbies seem to occupy my time so I’m going to let the car go to someone who will hopefully give it the attention it deserves. Car is completely bone stock and unmolested. Runs and drives just like it did in 1988. Car starts and runs perfectly with no known mechanical issues. Brakes work perfect. Steers straight with no vibrations. Recent new battery. Car is in tip top shape and ready to drive anywhere. Exterior of car shows extremely well for a 31 year old car. Paint looks as it just left the factory with a deep shine. Sail windows and dew wipes perfect. No delamination in the tail lights. Just a couple tiny rock chips from normal driving. You likely wouldn’t notice but trying to be very honest about the condition of the car. Body is laser straight and as you can see from the photos looks great! Original wheels are in nice shape with no curb rash. Goodyear tires with basically new tread. All lights work including pop up headlights. Interior is very clean. Dash is in great condition. No warping that you see on just about all Fieros. Seats show virtually zero wear. Carpet looks brand new. Radio works fine and speakers sound good for their age. AC and heat both work fine. All buttons, lights, and switches work as they should. Power windows, mirrors, and locks work as new. Never smoked in and no funny odors. One of the nicest Fieros in the country. I can’t say enough how nice it is. Pictures don’t do it justice. The front trunk is clean and tidy. Original spare is in place and doesn’t look as if it’s ever been on the ground. The trunk in the rear looks brand new. Doesn’t look like it has ever even had anything in it. Carpet is fresh and clean. Engine compartment shows very clean and tidy for a 31 year-old car. No modifications and unmolested. Original owner’s manual along with some other paperwork is in the glove box. Overall in amazing condition. Collector quality car. Go win a car show with it this weekend! Car is an absolute blast to drive. Hard to drive it without a big grin on your face! I have owned a bunch of Fiero’s and this is the only hard top I’ve had. It really looks clean and shows off the lines of the car much better in my opinion. The red with black wheels and grey interior is by far my favorite color combination as well. Exterior shows extremely well with only a couple pin tip size flaws. Interior and other compartments look practically new. A true time capsule. It’s getting harder and harder to find a stock unmolested Fiero, especially with such low miles. If your reading this, you likely already know the Fiero suspension was redesigned for 1988 making it the year to own. Finally purpose built and not off the shelf parts. Just 6,848 1988 GT’s built and production ceased. Not very many were made and definitely not many left in this condition. Not much sun lately with the weather we are having so forgive the pictures not being a bright as they should be. If we get a sunny day I’ll get more photos. Glad to see I'm not the only Fiero fan left! The most common question is the car report showing a title issue. I believe this is caused by Nebraska shows any car over 10 years old as "mileage exempt". I believe the report is picking this up as "not actual mileage". I guarantee the car has had no incidents or repairs and the actual mileage is indeed 8,870 miles. Title is clear and clean. If you examined the car and had to guess the mileage you likely guess less than that. As you can see I set the reserve very low. A lot less than I paid for the car.
