This 1968 Dodge Charger R/T was purchased 3 years ago and he has more than $80,000 worth of receipts from this car. The hideaway headlights work. The guy we bought it from says he did a "Nut and Bolt Restoration" on the car. We just installed a brand-new 493 Blue Print Engine, which is under warranty, and which was dyno-tested at 530 horse power, 609 torque (see graph pic). The transmission is a 727 Street Fighter Transmission that was purchased new and rebuilt within the past 500 miles. It has Classic Air Conditioning with chrome pump, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, New Starter and new Fuel Pump, new Magnum Rims / BF Goodrich Radial T/A Tires (500 miles on them), new Exhaust and new Ceramic Headers, fresh Brakes, Rotors, Calipers and Lines. Fresh Plug Wires, Belts, Hoses, Battery, Aluminum Radiator, Brake Lines, Gas Tank Lines. This car also has newer suspension parts. Also the previous owner also put an all-new interior in the car as well. The only two blemishes on the car are hairline cracks in the paint on the top of the driver's and passenger's quarter panels near the top corner of both doors (see pic of driver's side crack). First, some people have said the numbers on the "tag" state that it is NOT an RT. The clear Indiana title does say RT as the Model, but I am NOT saying it is a real RT at this point since there is evidence it is not an RT. This car is being sold as an RT "clone." Second, there have been questions about the restoration. As you can see from the pictures, the car is super clean. If you are serious about buying the car, and you want more pictures, I have a LOT, more than I could post them all on eBay. Just call me at 317-462-2277 and I will get you all the pictures I have, and if you want me to take additional pictures, that is fine I can do that as well. As far as the restoration, it was done by the person who owned it before me by a place in Kentucky. I do have all the parts receipts. This car rides and drives great. You can trailer it or drive it home.
