Vehicle Detail
This 1961 Nash Metropolitan Convertible started out to be a project car several years ago and has now just been taking up space in my garage. The motor, transmission, steering and other mechanics work. After sitting a while, one of the brake cylinders froze up and other than that, the brakes work. I will say "almost" all of the parts to finish this car I have. I actually have more parts from other purchases so I had spares. The grill, bumpers, convertible top, front seat and other stuff will go with the car.On Jan-02-19 at 18:58:02 PST, seller added the following information: For some reason, all of the questions that I have received and answered about my Met have not been posted. I will attempt to send everyone that has asked me a question, a copy of all of the questions and answers.I will also attempt to send a video of the motor running and the sound of the engine and exhaust.Tony.On Jan-03-19 at 09:29:58 PST, seller added the following information: Here is a youtube link that another Met lover was kind enough to setup for me.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptd0bA9GzOk&feature=youtu.beOn Jan-03-19 at 19:49:45 PST, seller added the following information: I have been informed that I should mention that my Met has a working trafficator which is the turn signal horn assembly. Also, anyone who would like to see all of the answers to the questions I have received, just email me at tonylicata@ameritech.net. I have tried everything to get the answered questions to be posted on this eBay site but haven't had any luck. The answers have the whole story about the Met and why I am not finishing the project. I am going to attempt to get under chassis pics tomorrow before the end of the bidding. Thanks for all of your interest.
