This vehicle has served primarily as my wife's daily driver and has seen mostly highway miles to its current odometer reading of just shy of 132,000. We've owned this Jeep for several years now, and it has been a joy to own in that time, requiring no major repairs and only routine maintenance to keep it completely reliable to drive. This Grand Cherokee has a clean title with no liens and has never been smoked in. With respect to maintenance, this Jeep had its brake pads and rotors changed in 2017, and had new all season tires installed this year. Oil changes were done with full synthetic oil and a premium filter every 5000 miles routinely. The vehicle is mechanically perfect; it starts, runs, shifts, and drives as it did from the factory. The options list for the Overland is exhaustive, but I'll do my best to list all the bells and whistles that came with this vehicle. On the exterior, the Overland sports 20" aluminum 5-spoke wheels, automatic HID Xenon headlights, dual exhaust, sliding and tilting panoramic sunroof, power liftgate, rain sensing wipers, and Overland specific chrome trim including side mirrors, body molding, roof rack, and rear bumper step. Mechanically, this Jeep is powered by the top of the range 5.7L Hemi V8 with 360 horsepower/390lb-ft of torque and a 5-speed automatic transmission, which not only inspires confidence while merging or passing, but is also capable of towing up to 7500lbs of trailer weight with the included towing package. The suspension is air ride with auto height adjustment and load adjustment. Jeep's legendary 4x4 system is on full display in the Overland, with the electronic 4wd system and electronic limited slip differential allowing a choice of terrain modes including normal driving, sport, sand & mud, snow, and rock. It also features manual height adjustment, hill descent, and a 4wd low range. As impressive as the Overland is mechanically and visually, the interior comforts may be the part we've enjoyed the most about it. I've owned Jeeps in the past, and never has one rivaled luxury cars the way this one does. Interior features include a hand stitched leather dash, 8-way heated and cooled leather embossed Overland seats with brown piping, heated reclining rear seats, heated steering wheel, electronic tilting and telescoping steering wheel, rear seat 120v power outlet, push button start, keyless entry with factory remote start, one touch up and down windows , auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors, and a 506w entertainment system with Garmin GPS navigation, bluetooth compatibility, satellite radio and USB charging. This Jeep is in excellent condition, however being an 8 year old vehicle it is not without its imperfections. There is some minor rust beginning to bubble on the bottom of the passenger front door and liftgate which could be repaired relatively easily as it has not pushed through the paint. The passenger side of the leather dash is beginning to lift, the chrome coating of the cup holders is peeling a bit, and the arm rest shows significant wear. Other than these specific issues, expect the body to show typical dings and scratches to be expected from a vehicle of this age and mileage, but nothing stands out as major damage worth mentioning. The paint has been fully corrected and detailed allowing the heavily pearlescent black paint to shine brilliantly when the sun hits it and I'm including a full set of Weathertech mats with front seat, rear seat, and rear storage area mats. We've decided to sell this vehicle as our kids are beginning to outgrow the need to carry a Jeep-load of accessories with them everywhere they go, and are downsizing to a sedan as a result. This beautiful Grand Cherokee Overland has been an absolute dream to own, and I'm sure it will treat its next owner just as well for years to come.
