Good engine and 4 wheel drive. My son was going to restore and put back on the road but his job and new family has not allowed him time. This 2003 Ford Explorer was taken off road about 4 years ago and not driven around for almost 3 years now. He starts it and moves it around in driveway, but it has not been driven in about 3 years. This is a great restoration vehicle or part for engine, 4wd and more. To inspect and get on road it needs tires, brakes, and complete service. Engine good, transmission good, 4WD good. It has 4x4 Auto/High/Low positions. Needs some body work, battery, really good cleaning, part for AC/Heater to work, glove-box light and center console catch broke. His Ole English Bulldog used to ride in it from time to time and there is hair in the carpet. Has not been driven any distance in 3 years.    CONDITION: All known issues listed in the description above. 16 year old used vehicle runs and 4WD works, needs some mechanical work, needs body work, needs major cleaning, needs to be serviced. The west coast is far away as is Texas, Nevada, Colorado, North Dakota, etc. After a box exceeds 12 x 12 x 12 inches or depending on the weight, cost to many locations is expensive. Do not forget I have to purchase my tape, packing peanuts, bubble, fragile stickers, mailing labels and sometimes the boxes depending on size and shape of the item. When they are not raising rates (which is all the time), then they are adjusting weights and sizes which increase the cost as well.
