2012 Ford E-350 cargo van has electric doors and windows with the driver window out of the track. The Reading service bed has electric locks / remotes and a 3 bar ladder rack. The rear door header has come loose and will have to be repaired for the rear doors to open / close properly. The hinge on the passenger cab door came loose and bent the front passenger fender when opened. The van runs fine, air conditioning works, transmission shifts smoothly, and suspension is in good condition. The front-end was rebuilt approx. 35,000 miles ago including ball joints, shocks, and stabilizer bars. The engine was replaced with a Ford re-manufactured engine at Ford dealership at approximately 75,000 miles. Engine has had no major issues since replaced other than spark plug repair in aluminum heads which is somewhat normal for this engine. The van was in service and working up to the time it was replaced, and although an old, somewhat rough service truck has always been mechanically reliable and a work-horse. The truck was purchased new in 2012 and has been in service since. The truck is being sold "As-Is" in the condition it was taken out of service and is priced accordingly for a CASH ONLY sale. Truck will need to be picked up in Spring, TX and could mechanically be driven any distance
