NO TITLE ,NO TITLE ,NO TITLE, NO TITLE. WAS NEVER IN MY NAME SO I CAN NOT GET A TITLE.This is the RAREST year by production numbers they only made these from 1975-77. This is a Honda CB400F, which has the four cylinder engine. These are very hard to find in any cond. This model was named in Cycle Magazine as one of the top ten most important cycles ever made. This one would be great for parts or someone that their state you can get a title easy PA is not one of them. This was last on the road in 1982 that is why there is low miles. It was ran since then but was not licensed to ride on road. Not started or tried in 12 years. This needs some work here and there. The front brakes do not work. The tank and exhaust has a small dent. The muffler was repaired. The front fender is dented in several places near the engine. Most chrome will clean up unsure about the original luggage rack. The wheels are very nice. Motor kicks over with compression. The inside of gas tank is very nice. I have the original owners manual. I'm sure it will need tires. I'm no mechanic so I'm unsure what it would need to put back on the road. AGAIN NO TITLE, I WILL GIVE YOU A BILL OF SALE. Located in Duncannon, PA 17020 which is 18 miles NW of Harrisburg, PA.
