All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.Additional Fees and TaxesThe State of Illinois has an agreement with the following states to collect a percentage of their state taxes. (Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and Vermont) The collected percentage is then forwarded to the state in which you are registering the vehicle.
