Starts, and limps, but oil began leaking into right side valve, fouling the sparkplugs. Mechanic’s dream or great parts car for off road enthusiasts. On Jul-13-18 at 14:30:43 PDT, seller added the following information: I recently added several additional photos including the VA safety inspection from April 2018 - which the vehicle passed. The vehicle also passed VA emissions at that time. The mechanical issues arose in approximately June 2018. I do not have a garage at my current residence or I would do the repairs myself.
