1966 Blue Honda CB16016,058 milesVin#: B160-1077974Motor #: B160E-1077815Launched in 1964, the CB160 followed the pattern of previous Honda parallel twins, though with 360-degree crankshaft layout rather than the larger twins' 180-degree type, and used the recently introduced tubular spine frame and telescopic forks. Small as a '125' yet packing a 16.5bhp punch, the CB160's excellent power-to-weight ratio and fine handling endowed it with performance at least equal to that of most British 250s. With an overhead-camshaft engine, electric starter, rev counter and twin-leading-shoe front brake, the CB160's specification and degree of refinement was unmatched by any of its home-grown rivals. It is now one of the most desirable of early Japanese classics.This very original CB160 is a blast to ride! Perfect for beach hopping, errand running, or weekend cruising! Honda reliability means you could use this to get to work instead of that big ol' car you've been lugging around town. NOTE: SALE INCLUDED CLEAN TITLE, but, for whatever reason, this bike was titled using the engine serial (B160E1077815) instead of the frame, I assume the original issuing DMV didn't know there was a difference. This will not be an issue for some, but if needed, I CAN OBTAIN A NEW TITLE FOR THE WINNING BIDDER, (in my name), using the frame serial #, however it will take 3-4 weeks for that to arrive, and will cost $130 in fees, so please leave that in your budget, if you need it.
