Up for bids is this 1968 ford mustang coupe. It is a very good project car. If you are looking to build one you won't find many that are complete with a V8 that are solid. This one is pretty solid overall and complete. It is a factory A/C, powersteering, V8 car C code car with a clear title. It would make a fine car restored. I have looked it over it is pretty solid. It will need a new deck lid but everything else is useable. The quarters, hood, doors, and fenders are decent. The truck floor is good. The floor looks decent from under but once you pull the carpet it might need some work but looking from the bottom it doesn't look to bad. All the rails and torque boxes are good. Overall a solid car compared to what you see these days. The car has a 289 in it with a automatic. It will crank and run. The motor runs good. The transmission will shift. It is just set up to yard drive now. The brakes do work but will need work. It will stop. It is hotwired to crank so will need some wiring stuff done to. It is a project not something you will hop in and drive cross country. The interior is decent. It will need a headliner and carpet. The glass is good except for the drivers door glass. Someone replaced it at somepoint with what looks like plexi glass. I will include a good drivers door glass with the car. All I can say is it is a good project. It has a clear title. It has the door tag on it still. Looks to be a pretty original car. If you have questions or need more info just let me know. I have had some problems recently with people bidding winning then no contact. This is a real car forsale and a real auction so if you don't plan on going thru with the deal please just keep looking. Please have all finances ready and make sure you want it before bidding. I am not trying to be hard to deal with but It cost me $50 every time I list and my time so I need to sell the car. I can assist in loading but picking it up is up to the buyer.
