I am a licensed bonded dealer and am required collect the tt&l and to handle the title transfer if the car stays in Texas. If it leaves Texas you will handle the title transfer process. The car will leave with a Texas 60 day tag. If you elect to ship the car, I will work with your shipper but I will not prepay the freight. The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the listing early. I will hold the car for a reasonable time but I require a $500 non-refundable deposit with 48 hours. The car will not leave my yard until all of the funding has been completed. I will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express through my company's merchant account and of course cash is still king.
