Up for sale is a LOW MILEAGE, RUST FREE Mercedes Benz CL500 with the AMG Sport Package brought here from California/Nevada less than 2 years ago! The car is in excellent condition inside and out! This car was extremely well maintained with ALL of the routine maintenance done on time at Mercedes Benz of San Francisco. The car runs and drives wonderfully, rides smooth over any surface, shifts smooths and fast, and best of all averages about 23mpg even with the 300+hp V8! This is one of the best drive trains Mercedes Benz puts in their vehicles to date. Extremely bulletproof M113 5.0L V8 produces 302hp and 368lb/ft of torque. Drives smooth with no knocks, tics, or any other noise that shouldn't be there. Coupled to the M113 V8 is one of Mercedes Benz best transmissions, the 5 speed Mercedes 722.6. Mercedes used this transmission in ALL V12 applications, including the CL65 AMG with 728lb/ft of torque, since it is by far the most durable Mercedes transmission of this era. I am selling this car because by the end of June my 1964 Austin Healey Sprite will be out of the paint shop and I only have 8 garage spaces and I do not want this car to sit outside! The CL500 is a rare rust free sports car that should stay that way! Buy it and drive it back to ANYWHERE! Car needs NOTHING to be a daily driver for many more miles!
