Up for bids is a one-owner, garage kept, 2010 Ford Escape XLT, V6, automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, in very nice condition. It is equipped with P/S, PDB, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Driver's Seat, AM/FM Sirius C/D radio, all of which work as they should. All glass is good with no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. The vehicle has never been in an accident or wreck. There are a couple of door dings on the passenger side. We bought the car new from Crouse Ford in Taneytown, MD. and it has been my wife's car. We are both non-smokers. It has been regularly maintained with synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles. I has a new battery. The car passed Maryland Emissions Test in April, 2018, with no problems. Due to the mileage, there are no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. The Escape is being sold as-is. That being said, I am aware of no problems or issues with the car. It runs and drives very well. I have a clear Maryland title. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due from the winning bidder within 48 hours of auction close. Full payment is expected within 7 days of auction close.
