I've completely had this motorcycle gone over and replaced tires, battery, fluids. It runs perfectly, never fails to start. All electrics work properly. Drive shaft splines checked and lubricated. Bike was repainted royal blue metallic before I purchased it. I have a log of services completed, original tool kit, owners manual, extra parts and an after market service manual. Hard saddlebags are included, in excellent condition. List of things done: New gel sealed battery Starter rebuilt (new brushes, bearings, seals and o-rings) Gas tank removed, flushed, fuel filter changed (tank is aluminum, no corrosion) Front and Rear tires replaced drive splines checked for wear, lubricated Replaced heat shield under fuel tank Front end disassembled, springs replaced (progressive), fork seals replaced, 10WFork oil gaiters installed Front brakes bled, new brake fluid (dot 4) added, pads checked 60% Rear brake fluid replaced (dot 4), pads replaced alternator voltage 13.85 at 3000 rpm Triple tree steering bearings removed, packed with lube re-installed, torqued to specs Spark plugs cleaned, re-gapped Compression up to spec on all cyinders Side stand extension added Heated grips repaired, working properly Oil change 25k Mobile 1 10w50 (recommended) Gear box oil replaced BMW 80/90 Final drive oil bmw 80/90 Antifreeze BMW coolant Radiator hose checked, good (spare hoses included Control cables lubed, adjusted Spare key, original key and BMW key pouch, original tool kit (complete), original owner's manual. Haynes repair manual all included. Will also include battery tender (wiring is in place), tank bag, and miscellaneous new parts and remaining new oil and antifreeze in original containers. These bikes are known for their longevity and durability. They are easy to work on and parts are readily available. This has been stored under a bike cover in my climate controlled garage. Fuel injection allows it to start in any weather and run efficiently. I have no time to ride so am selling to someone who can enjoy and use it.Local pickup is available for free. I will work with the buyer's agent to facilitate shipping. Shipping is solely at buyer's expense. Clear title will be provided after deposit is received.
