Up for auction is a 2005 Expedition with a 5.4L V8 and 4WD. This vehicle is used, starts and runs, drives lot and appears to shift as intended. Everything else is untested. The engine may need a tune up as the first time it was started, it ran slightly rough. check-engine light is not on and the vehicle recently passed NYS inspection last month. Includes new tires and new battery. TERMS: For the buyer's convenience this is a ten day auction. Your bid constitutes full interest and intent to be legally bound, covenant and agree to the terms as follows: The purchase of this vehicle will require a deposit in the amount of $500.00 due within 24 hrs. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You must arrange pick-up/delivery within FIVE DAYS of the end of this auction. Should you fail to take possession of the vehicle within such allocated time, the seller reserves the right to relist the vehicle and withhold any deposit.
