This is the the 'tiny and fast' lil' red scooter. With a cult like following these street legal scooters get 85 mpg and parts can be found all over ebay. There are groups and websites for the Spree so all answers to restoring and maintaining this particular model is easily available. This particular one will restore to near showroom condition. It needs a battery and some electrical work. It was jumped with crossed leads and after that didn't run. However, this is probably just a fuse or voltage regulatior cheap repair. The electrical systems are very simple so anyone with some skills can easily fix it. It has not been run for 7 years but last time it ran it ran perfectly. Engine is not seized. Wheels roll and it was stored in the barn. The plastic body does not have any cracks or damage just a few very minor scuffs. One of the brake levers is broken so it must have been dropped at one point? The kickstand also is not functioning correctly and that is what the pictured string is.
